How it all started
Coaching for Global Changed is founded by Lena Beck Rørvig and Laura Thompson.
It was natural for us to partner and create programs to develop leadership skills through coaching journeys to make the world a better place! Coaching for Global Change is our platform for launching innovative programs globally.
We first met when we served as Co-Chairs of the Distinguished Leaders Committee for Columbia Business School’s Alumni Club in New York and became friends.
We realized we’re both passionate about coaching and inspiring greater leadership performance. We are enthusiastic about giving back to communities worldwide through work as governing board members for nonprofits in the arts, education, media, and humanitarian sectors.
The combination of leadership performance and community work is the essence and success of Coaching for Global Change.
Coaching for Global Change
Coaching for Global Change bridges the gap so companies and nonprofits can meet, exchange, learn, and help each other to break through conventional thinking. Agility is key for growth and expansion, no matter if you are a for-profit corporation or a nonprofit.
We founded this company to offer high-quality leadership development programs that directly pinpoints companies and nonprofits need for agility, diverse thinking, and creative problem-solving.
All participants obtain a unique experience to learn, grow, and interact in an environment that proves tremendously powerful.

Companies
Research has revealed that giving back has a positive impact on employee engagement and retention. Not only will your leaders and employees experience a sense of pride, stronger morale, and appreciation but also the company will have a unique opportunity to walk-the-talk and demonstrate to employees, clients, and shareholders that it lives up to its environmental, social and governance goals.
Non-profits
Equal transfer of knowledge and new ideas between leaders and employees in nonprofits and companies has an impact on many levels for all parties involved. This creates a unique opportunity for the nonprofit organization to display its knowledge, work, and ability to build long-term relationships to create a better world in alignment with its social mission
